Refund and Returns Policy

At CoZi, we aim to provide high-quality services and transparent conditions for all our users. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations related to subscriptions, bookings, and services offered via coziways.com.


1. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Subscriptions to coworking or coliving services.
  • Bookings of meeting rooms, event spaces, or consulting sessions.
  • Digital services purchased via our website.

2. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

  • Cancellation by the client Cancellations must be made in writing via email to contact@cozi.tn.
    • For services cancelled more than 7 days in advance: a full refund may be granted.
    • For services cancelled between 3 and 7 days in advance: 50% of the amount may be refunded.
    • For cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows: no refund is granted.
  • Subscription cancellations Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, no refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle unless required by law.

3. Exceptions – Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Digital downloads or consulting reports already delivered.
  • One-time access to community events or workshops once attended.
  • Any services already consumed or started at the user’s request.

4. Refund Procedure

Once your request is received and validated, you will be notified by email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued using the original method of payment.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank or card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing may take time.
